SHIPPING POLICY
Processing Time All orders are processed within 2-5 business days after payment confirmation. During peak periods (such as holidays or promotional sales), processing time may be extended to 5-7 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.
Shipping Method All orders are shipped via PostNL with Track & Trace. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched.
Estimated Delivery Times Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs processing or events outside our control.

- Belgium: 2-5 business days
- EU West (Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Austria, Luxembourg, Sweden, Denmark): 3-7 business days
- EU East (Poland, Czech Republic, Hungary, Romania, Bulgaria, and others): 5-10 business days
- United Kingdom: 5-10 business days
- Norway, Switzerland: 5-10 business days
- USA & Canada: 7-14 business days
- Australia & New Zealand: 10-21 business days
- International: 7-21 business days
Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
Customs and Import Duties For orders shipped outside the European Union, customs duties, taxes and import fees may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost. OviTech has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Please contact your local customs office for more information before placing your order.
Lithium Battery Notice The BlockBoy contains a built-in lithium battery. This battery is permanently integrated into the device and complies with all applicable shipping regulations for consumer electronics. The battery cannot be removed or shipped separately.
Lost or Damaged Shipments If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at ovitechprojects@gmail.com with photos of the damage. If your package is lost in transit, please contact us and we will investigate with PostNL. OviTech is not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
Incorrect Address Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. OviTech is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the reshipping costs.
