The BlockBoy V3 ships without a battery outside the EU and UK. Find the compatible battery below.
V1 and V2 are no longer sold. This guide covers V3. Still own a V1 or V2? See the battery info for those models at the bottom of this page.

Nintendo Joy-Con connector (proprietary, 2-pin)
The V3 board has this connector built in, so it only accepts a genuine Nintendo Joy-Con battery (HAC-006). No adapter and no soldering are needed. Just plug it in.
Compatible battery
Be careful with the very cheap generic Joy-Con batteries sold on sites like AliExpress. Even if the advertised capacity looks normal, the real capacity is often only about half of what's stated. The two batteries below are from trusted brands with verified, honest capacity.

Like V3, V1 and V2 shipped without a battery outside the EU, but without the UK exception that applies to V3.

This is the connector your battery must have. Pin pitch: 2.0 mm. Always check polarity (red = +, black = −) before connecting. Reversed polarity will damage the board.
