Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unassembled and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at ovitechprojects@gmail.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to an address in Groningen, Netherlands. The exact return address will be provided upon approval of your return request. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. In case of a defective or incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping costs.

Non-returnable items We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted and will be sent back at the customer's expense.

Exchanges The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. You may open the package and inspect the contents, but the item must not be damaged due to negligent handling. If the unit has been fully or partially assembled, or if components are missing or damaged due to negligent handling, we reserve the right to deduct a restocking fee reflecting the actual reduction in value. This will be assessed and communicated to you before processing the refund. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
