About OviTech OviTech is a sole proprietorship registered in the Netherlands. We design and sell the BlockBoy, a DIY handheld game console kit designed to fit inside the LEGO® Game Boy set (#72046).
Products and Pricing All prices displayed in our store are in Euros (EUR) and include Dutch VAT (21%) where applicable. Customers outside the European Union may be subject to additional import duties and taxes charged by their local customs authority. These costs are not included in our prices and are the responsibility of the customer.
Order Process By placing an order on our website, you make an offer to purchase. Your order is confirmed once you receive a confirmation email from OviTech. Payment must be completed before your order is processed. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

- Other payment methods as displayed at checkout
Delivery All orders are shipped from the Netherlands via PostNL with Track & Trace. For detailed information about delivery times and shipping costs, please refer to our Shipping Policy.
Right of Withdrawal If you are a consumer based in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason. For more information about returns and refunds, please refer to our Refund Policy.
Warranty and Liability The BlockBoy is a DIY electronics kit that requires assembly by the customer. OviTech guarantees that all components are present and functional at the time of shipment. OviTech is not liable for any damage or malfunction resulting from incorrect assembly by the customer. In case of defective or missing components, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order at ovitechprojects@gmail.com.
Complaints If you have a complaint about your order or our service, please contact us first at ovitechprojects@gmail.com. We will do our best to resolve your complaint within 14 business days. If we are unable to reach a satisfactory solution, you may submit your complaint to the Dutch Consumer Authority (Autoriteit Consument & Markt) via www.acm.nl, or use the European Online Dispute Resolution platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
Intellectual Property The BlockBoy is an independent DIY electronics kit developed by OviTech. It is designed to fit inside the LEGO® Game Boy set (#72046), which must be purchased separately. OviTech is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the LEGO Group or Nintendo. LEGO® is a registered trademark of the LEGO Group. Game Boy® is a registered trademark of Nintendo Co., Ltd. The open-source components used in this project are subject to their respective licenses. All other trademarks and product names mentioned are the property of their respective owners.
Applicable Law This legal notice and any disputes arising from it are governed by the laws of the Netherlands.
